No. 006: Charizard

Okay, now we're talking!

You love this guy. So do I. Everyone does, and why not?

1. dragon
2. FIRE dragon
3. badass in the anime
4. actually a great pokemon in the games
5. did I mention HE'S A DRAGON??

Seriously, Charizard is about as good as it gets for pokemon. one of the best.
There is nothing bad I can say about this man, at all.

his type combo even takes away his ice and ground weakness, and doesn't give him double weaknesses! (if you pretend Rock doesn't exist...)

plus he's a dragon.

Overall: 10/10

  1. Just want to point out that fire/flying has a 4x rock weakness. I still love Charizard, though (well everyone does).

  2. Your awesome dragon dies to rocks. I could pick up a rock and kill him easy. There's hardly an easier way to kill something than to chuck a rock at it.

  3. I'm pretty sure both of you are wrong. Charizard just always wins, no matter what.

  4. don`t forget how in the show, Ash`s charizard goes crazy almost every time he come out until he meets up with this weird pokecamp for charizards and matures. the way he barbaques Ash with flamethower like pichachu fry`s him with thunderbolt is way funny!

    1. I guess Ash tamed Charizard in that amazing and heartbreaking episode where Charizard got frosted by a Poliwrath's Ice-beam. Ash spent the whole night warming Charizard with a towel to keep the flame on it's tail burning.

  5. Why don't you complain about the names of Charmander, Charmeleon and Charizard? A constant part: Char (like charcoal or something?) and an animal part: (Sala-)mander, (Cha-)meleon, (Li-)zard. Just like Bulbasaur, Ivysaur and Venusaur...
A salamander isn't even a reptile. I always think of those three as reptile-like dinosaurs/dragons. why not Charmecko? (Why the m? because it's charming as fuck!)
