Well, what's next?

The official Pokedex may be done, but I sure ain't.

There are still a good number of Mega Evolutions to discuss. And I want to take those as separate entries from their original forms, because they're entirely optional, and a crappy Mega shouldn't weight down an excellent Pokemon. So don't expect Gyarados, Pinsir, and Ampharos' scores to change, is what I'm saying.

With that said, another handful of Pokemon have retroactively been made Fairy-type. I'll think if that makes me change my mind about any of them, and do another entry if they need to be re-considered.

Also, are there any Pokemon you thought I really messed up in my review? did I under or over rate them, so much that you can't sleep at night? Let me know! I might do a few "round two" reviews.

Anyway, thanks for reading over 700 posts of my stupid opinions, and supporting NAPACE for these years. But if stupidity is what you like, shit is gonna get stupider and stupider from here on out.

in a good way, of course.

  2. If you're interested, on Bulbapedia they did an interesting column on the origin of Dunsparce, and how it isn't technically just a mass of random crap. And now that I think of it, you never really reviewed Mr. Mime. ;D

  3. Suicune was robbed.

The legendary beasts should have been three straight tens.

  4. I think you really screwed up by giving Milotic a 4/10 and Staraptor is also great for battles and it's design is the best out of the Normal/Flyings. Even though I know you hate them.

  5. Am I the only one who really hates Mega-Evolutions? Not really aesthetically, but more of other reason.
It's not really making the slow power creep in Pokemon any better, and it only making strong pokemon even beyond hax. i mean, the best new idea they could think up was, "let's make our Pokemon go SSJGod4BankaiGear4thRequiem"

    1. I personally dislike the fact that Mega Evolutions are used on all the popular/strong Pokemon. Wouldn't it make it more sense to have them on one-form evolution lines, to strengthen them up?

Or would that involve too much overhaul of the metagame?

But yeah, I'd love Mega Evolution reviews.

    2. To be fair, pokemon like Mawhile, Medicham and Manectric are neither popular, nor were all that useful really.
I also just noticed those are three third gen. pokemon who begin with the letter M. weird

    1. Maybe not Volcanion and Hoopa yet, but definitely Diancie, it's been revealed already and we know everything about it thanks to hackers.

  7. You complained about Xerneas's rainbow antlers without even mentioning its "Neutral Mode" which addresses that exact problem.

  8. Mega Evolution reviews would be great. Also, do the event Pokemon Diancie, Hoopa, and Volcanion. Diancie has been officially revealed.

  9. I'd love to hear more, but first you need to post things.

  10. What about the traditional end of the gen summary of the best, the worst, and the average score?

  11. Are you going to mark down any Pokemon for not being changed to Fairy-type when they should have been?
