but holy poo-balls, could they have come up with a less-appetizing name than Spewpa. you know what we use the word "spew" to describe? when vomit comes out of a throat. or sewage out of a faulty pipe. or foul smog into our precious atmosphere.
anyway, Spewpa turns out to look cute, even though it's dropping it's shit left and right. get it together, Spewpa. Evolve hands or something for godssakes. don't just drop those Chiclets all over the place.
It's at certainly more interesting than another cocoon, though.

ReplyDeleteThey just couldn't do it, could they? Even though they had the right idea with normal/ground and fire/flying, they just had to give us the obligatory shitty butterfly line. That is pretty bad by itself, but the fact that we have like 70 new pokemon only makes the fact inexcusable that this would end up being the only bug line
Think about it, instead of this waste of space, we could have had one cool bug and two other critters who could have been something useful
I like Spewpa but there's more to it than just the Sugimori art. Did you even pay attention to it in game? It doesn't just have that powder floating around it for no reason; the powder just sticks to its little traveling cloak most of the time and during its attack animation it spews it.
